Treatment: She underwent successful endoscopic dilatation and SEMS (Self-Expandable Metal Stent) placement under general anesthesia. Our expert team navigated a severely narrowed esophageal passage, restoring her ability to swallow.

Mrs. Affifa arrived at Gunam Super Speciality Hospital with complaints of severe headaches and nausea. After thorough diagnostic evaluation, she was found to have a colloid cyst obstructing the normal flow of cerebrospinal fluid, leading to hydrocephalus.
Treatment: On 14.04.2025, our expert neurosurgery team performed a right frontal craniotomy using a transcortical and intraventricular endoscopic approach to remove the cyst.
